Series 1: Welcome to the world of Rueda dancing. Learn to listen and respond to the music as I teach you about the essence of the dance and 15-20 fun and easy moves.
Rueda Video 1
Level 2: Mondays 8:00 – 9:00 pm
Dates: 8 week series begins January 5, 2009
Series 2: Learn about spacing, body awareness, hand positions, improving your timing, and ganging moves together as I teach you 8-10 new moves. The emphasis in this class is on efficiency of the movement. PREREQUISITE: Completion of Rueda 1 or instructor approval.

Casino Elements Class
Saturdays, 6:00 – 7:15 pm
In Casino Elements you will learn the basic “guapea,” the casino cross-body lead, circular dancing basics, crossing techniques, and (K)not Salsa.

Dance Movement Class
Saturdays, 7:30 – 8:45 pm
This class is designed to help dancers improve phrasing, pausing, centering, gesturing, spacing and isolation. Improve your ability to respond to music, to fluidly link movements, and to foster more spontaneous play and creativity in your dance. This class is for dancers who want to focus and improve their dance ability. Come ready to sweat!
